    Yes, it is ray not the blue-ray. The letter ‘e’ was intentionally avoided to make it suitable for trademarking. E-mail, the Blu-ray is more advanced far better than the usual DVD. A dual layer ray disc can store 50 GB of information. Just like DVDs we can get mini size ray discs also with all the height and width of 8 cm. This mini disc with single layer capacity can store 7.8 GB and dual layer capacity can store 15.6 GB.

    (b) Higher bandwith rate of 36 Mbps and,

    (c) Video and audio are tinkered with more clarity in comparison with DVD.

    (a) Unlike DVDs which be determined by red lasers operating at 650 nm for reading and writing data, Blu-ray discs rely on blue laser that operates at 405 nm.
