Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7th, 1963 in Edo State in Nigeria. He was raised in a religious family with loving and dedicated parents. He is the eldest of three sons born to elder T.E Oyakhilome (one of the founding members of the Assemblies for God Church in Benin City) and Angelina. Angelina was the matriarch and imprinted her faith in God to her son at the age of a child.

The LoveWorld ministry is supported by the entire family. Reverend Ken is Ken’s brother , and a is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. After a grant was made to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) He was awarded the BSc degree in Architecture, and an honorary Doctor of Science. He also has an honorary doctorate of divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He received a call from God to join the ministry and to serve the Lord.

Christ Embassy has a strong presence in Pastor Chris’s home country of Nigeria, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. The ministry operates two healing schools, which are based in South Africa.
