NEW YORK – Sep. 8 2022 /PRNewswire/ The Israel Ministry of Tourism today released new records for tourist arrivals in Israel from the United States in July and August. 78,000 visitors from the United States visited Israel in July 2022. “It is so thrilling to see yet another increase in tourist numbers to Israel from the United States, already reaching and exceeding our record-breaking numbers in 2019” said Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America. “The United States is our number one destination for our inbound tourism to Israel. Before the COVID-19 pandemic we had record-breaking number of tourists from Israel entering Israel every month. We are thrilled to have witnessed an improvement in the trend and expect it to continue throughout the months and years to come.”
