Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, TV host, and author. He is president of the Believers’ LoveWorld Inc which is also known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first son of the Oyakhilomes, being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on 7 th December 1973. Following his primary and secondary education, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where the university awarded him a BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also presented him with an honorary Doctor of Science award. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. The Reverend Chris was previously married to Anita Obhodaghe and they have two gorgeous children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry

While still in AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began his journey into ministry while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship was known at the time as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC was growing and eventually was the largest church on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church has its headquarters in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is today a global church with millions of followers and associates all across the globe.

Through its 2002 environment for miracles, BLW was the most prominent Christian television ministry in Africa. They stopped airing this programme in May 2004 after the former President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles shouldn’t be allowed to continue by churches.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four parts that include publishing ministry to heal, teaching ministry for television, and a television ministry for television ministry. He has also created the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment for miracles, as well as an healing school.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative set up to investigate and enhance the potential for leadership of Africans. The foundation recognizes, celebrates, and supports young African leaders who have made an impact on the generation they lead. They accomplish this through education, youth empowerment, mentoring and mentorship .

The foundation honors the achievements put forth by the young leaders with an annual ceremony known as The Next Africa Leaders’ prize. The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission to children is an evangelical non-governmental Organisation. The NGO was established in 2005 to help vulnerable, weak orphaned children around the world.

Through participatory and sustainable programs, the foundation assists these children and families in need. This includes children’s development programs, including childcare, strengthening family programmes and InnerCity Mission for Children School.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was established to improve the quality of life and health for the local community. They also support improved emergency response services when there are accidents or emergencies. The foundation’s goal is to achieve this through community-based initiatives and advocacy, as well as health education and advocacy. It also assists in implementing the national policies for trauma care.

Over a thousand training sessions in emergency and safety have been given by the foundation. Record has it that, they were able to train thousands of schoolchildren, law enforcement officers and teachers, caregivers, and road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).

Oyakhilome The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a worldwide christian organization that provides aid and medical assistance for those internally displaced or have been forced to flee regions that are affected by man-made or natural catastrophes.

Bible For All Nation

Bible For All Mission (BFAM) is a Christian non-profit organisation, which is dedicated to the creation, production and distribution across the world of the Bible to all people of all ages and genders in the language and format they comprehend. The mission is to help people to understand the Bible’s word and its life-changing message.

BFAM has successfully distributed thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible to communities, hospitals, prisons, private and government institutions in several countries around the world that include Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Turkey. The program was able to achieve this feat through a strongly knitted global network of Bible sponsor and volunteers.
