Pastor and faith healer, writer, and TV host, Chris Oyakhilome who is referred to by his followers as Pastor Chris, is the president and founder of LoveWorld Incorporated, also known as Christ Embassy, located in Lagos, Nigeria. Pastor Chris The Man

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a family of faith and loving, devoted parents. He is the father of the elder T.E Oyakhilome who was one of the founders of the Assemblies to God Church in Benin City. Angelina and the matriarch Oyakhilome were also his parents. The divine grace of her mother was passed down to her son at an early age.

His brother Reverend Ken (the revered pastor of Christ Embassy Houston, Texas Church) and a member Christ Embassy Central Executive Council are his two sisters. Pastor Chris has two children: Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies in Edo College. After a scholarship was awarded to pursue a degree in the field of architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) He received the BSc degree in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. Under Pastor Chris’s leadership, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LoveWorldSAT broadcast the first Christian television station that reaches from Africa to the rest of the world, all the time via free-to-air networks. In the present, LoveWorld stations can be located on cable and satellite television networks across the globe.

Christ Embassy is present in Pastor Chris’s home country of Nigeria as well as South Africa. It also has strong representation across the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, and South Africa. The ministry also runs two Healing Schools in South Africa, Canada and the United States, where Pastor Chris runs sessions throughout the year, in which miracles are possible.
