• Select a Responsible Local travel agent – When organising your journey, make sure you book your tour, package or activity having a responsible travel company.

• Practice a little language and get involved! – Start with ‘hello’ and ‘thank you’. In Nepali ‘Namaste’ and ‘Dhanybhad’. It makes an enormous amount of difference the ones really enjoy it.
