NEW YORK, Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswire– The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today record-breaking numbers of tourists from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. Israel welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States for July 2022. נווה פריצקי This represents a 4 percent increase over 2019 and 71,000 visitors from the United States for August 2022. This represents an increase of 13% from 2019.

In fact, before the COVID-19 Pandemic, we were celebrating record-breaking figures of tourist entry every month. It’s a great positive shift that we are pleased to witness and anticipate an upward trajectory for months to be.”

נווה פריצקי Canada is poised to surpass Israel’s arrivals in tourist numbers by attracting 7,200 tourists to Israel in July 2022 and 6,600 in August.

Israel received more than 4.6 million international tourists in 2019 including 969.600 of them coming from the United States. In May 2018, Israel opened its doors to all travelers, regardless if they are vaccinated. It already has hosted more than 600,000 visitors.
