Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, a television host, and an author. He is the President at Believers’ loveWorld Incorporated, and is also known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family to be born. After his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained a BSc in Architecture.

AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was previously married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome’s ministry

While still in school at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome became involved in the ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

YFC was growing and eventually was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld is an international ministry that has thousands of followers and associates across the globe.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation was established to expand and explore the leadership potentials Africans. The foundation acknowledges, honors and assists young African leaders who have made a an contribution to their generation. They achieve this through education and youth empowerment .

The foundation recognizes the young leaders with an award ceremony dubbed The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. It is held on the eve of every new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena, (LCA), Billings Way Oregun, Ikeja. The award is presented to the winners by the President of BLW The Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for Children is an evangelical non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005, the NGO was created to help the poor, orphaned, and vulnerable children living in poverty.

The foundation assists these disadvantaged children and communities through providing participation-based and sustainable interventions like child development programs to support family development and childcare programs for innercity mission children school, and other programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to enhance quality of life and health for communities in the area. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome They also provide better emergency response when there are emergencies or accidents. The foundation aims to accomplish this goal through health education as well as advocacy and community-based programs while positioning to provide assistance to national policies on trauma treatment.

More than a thousand sessions of training for emergency safety and security have been offered by the foundation. They have taught thousands of teachers, law enforcement officers and caregivers as well as road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).

The Volunteer Medical Corps is an international christian medical outreach. It provides relief materials, medical aid, and education for refugees and internally displaced people within affected regions.

The outreach team includes paramedics, students, and Christian workers from all over the world. Oyakhilome The volunteers offer emergency medical care, relief assistance and long-term health care solutions to those who are in need.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Chris Oyakhilome VMC also provides health services to communities unserved as well as manpower development for local doctors. VMC outreach is available to all those whose primary goal is to improve the health of people in need and to provide humanitarian assistance.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM).

Bible For All Mission is a christian, non-profit organization which is committed to the production, distribution, and worldwide distribution of the Bible for all ages and genders in the format and language they be able to comprehend. By doing so they are able to listen to God’s Word and feel the life-changing message.

Chris Oyakhilome Family BFAM has distributed hundreds of thousands free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, prisons, hospitals, as well as other institutions across the world which includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. Through a global network of Bible-related sponsors and volunteers from all over the world, this outreach was possible.
