“Her arm broke. She’s protected with my husband’s insurance. The insurance company consented to pay for the doctor and hospital expenses but the bill was never posted by the doctor’s office to your insurance company. There’s research which they submitted it to the inappropriate insurance company and so are looking to blame us because of it stating we offered them the wrong info. I’ve no idea where they assume we developed information on an insurance carrier we never had. Furthermore they’d the best information once they billed our insurance to get a previous case. Currently a couple of years later the physician’s workplace is attempting to collect the cash from us saying it is also late to collect on our insurance. Could they are doing that?
